Technical Project Manager III – Administration

The mission of the Allen Institute administration team is to provide support and structure to the scientific divisions. Coinciding with the team science approach, administration helps facilitate team learning and the overall mission of the institute.
This role will be part of the Central IT team that supports our diverse and dynamic IT environment for our end users. This role involves the intake, definition, resource management and execution of IT projects requested internally from IT and requested by other leaders in the organization. The individual in this role will manage a project backlog, provide status updates and ensure progression of active projects. The individual will effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting and be able to coordinate technical information to a non-technical audience, and also bring non-technical information to a technical audience.
